By accessing, registering on, or using the pk947 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pk947 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pk947 platform and close your account. Your continued use of pk947 following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register or have a self-exclusion arrangement in effect with pk947 at the time of registration.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of pk947 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment processors.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid government-issued identification where requested.

pk947 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or equivalent — at any time. Accounts that fail to pass verification within the required period may be suspended, and any pending withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) pk947 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information when creating your pk947 account. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk947 login credentials. pk947 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your username and password. You must notify pk947 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

pk947 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are processed in PKR. pk947 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.

pk947 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard Bank Transfer. All transactions are processed in PKR.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pk947 account within seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, subject to the processing times of the originating bank.
• pk947 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• pk947 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa requests. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. pk947 reserves the right to request additional documentation for high-value withdrawals.
• pk947 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspicious activity, at its sole discretion.

pk947 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered pk947 players only. New player bonuses are available once per individual, household, device, and IP address.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fully satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports betting may contribute at lower rates as stated per promotion.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. pk947 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed within the betting interface.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to additional rules regarding bet acceptance and settlement timing.
• pk947 reserves the right to void any bet where the integrity of the underlying event is called into question, including but not limited to suspected match-fixing.

• All casino and slot games on pk947 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness.
• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the game server. Technical issues during play will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's rules.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are available upon request from pk947 support.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk947 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one pk947 account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk947 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any pk947 content without the prior written consent of pk947.

pk947 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the pk947 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and, where you have consented, marketing communications. pk947 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

pk947 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all pk947 account holders:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pk947's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pk947 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity fraud or payment fraud.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring account suspension or disclosure of account information.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings derived from incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements and pending investigation outcomes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk947 holds its gaming licence. Any unresolved disputes may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by pk947's licensing authority.

pk947 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk947 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the pk947 platform.

Your continued use of the pk947 platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 12 above.
